Rhonda Green graduated from High School in Dallas, Texas in 1976, at the age of 16. She attended the Engineering Concepts Institute program at Prairie View A&M University. Rhonda graduated with a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics in 1980. In 1982, she received a National Science Foundation Fellowship and pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structures at the University of Texas in Arlington.
Having been married and divorced twice, Rhonda is a proud mother to her daughter Kristeana and grandmother to her grandson Julian, whom she affectionately calls "Jellybean," in Dallas, Texas.
Rhonda has enjoyed a remarkable 46-year career as a Structural Engineer in Aerospace, specializing as a Senior Material Review Board Structural Liaison Engineer, where she designs repairs for damaged aircraft structures.
In 2013, Rhonda delivered a presentation in her Toastmasters club titled “I’ll Never Be A Fashion Model Size,” which led to her speaking at the Cancer Center of America facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. For four years, she presented skills and leadership training at the Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers Conferences and was hired by the State of Oklahoma to create and facilitate a custom communication program for the Oklahoma Main Street Directors Program.
Rhonda speaks on several topics, including depression awareness, emphasizing what you need to know to save lives, the courage to succeed under fire, transitioning from failure to success. She creates custom presentations tailored for any audience.
Rhonda is the published author of : Surviving the Sunrises & Sunsets, Spectacular Sunrises & Sunsets, Sensational Sunrises and Sunsets and Behind the Smile - Depression is Real. In June of 2026 she published "Sweet Memories - The Stories of Our Lives" an Anthology for the Writers Ink Club, creating 11 new published Authors. Her books in-progress include: "Stay Out of the Doghouse - Purchasing Gifts for Women" and "Writing & Publishing Your Book at Low Cost, publishing soon.
Rhonda enjoys helping authors, aspiring and experienced. She offers FREE courses on how to write, edit, and self-publish books for low to no cost. With bonus modules: Creating Your Book Cover Using AI, How to Market Your Book, and How to Create Commercials.
